    "I typically use this at night for pain. It works great and helps me sleep as well. I’ll also use in the daytime as needed, but will normally just take half. I’m also a huge fan of the CBD Relief Cream for arthritis. I use a pea size amount on my each of my knees and neck/shoulders and within five minutes the pain is gone.
